Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, add or remove modules from the billing page whenever you like. Cancel and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A location is one operating venue with its own invoices, counts and sales — a restaurant, a bar, a truck, or an outlet inside a hotel. A second concept in the same building can be its own location if you want its books kept separately.

Pay yearly and you pay for ten months and get twelve — two months free on the plan, every add-on and every extra location.

Use Build your own: a small platform fee that covers the dashboard, users, roles and customisation, plus each module at its à-la-carte price. Anything a module depends on is added automatically and shown on the quote.

Any time. Invoices, items, price history, recipes, counts and reports export to CSV, and the API covers the rest. After cancelling you have 30 days to export before data is scheduled for deletion.

No. Starter and Kitchen include a generous number of users; Back Office Complete and above include unlimited users. Add your whole crew to the time clock without a seat fee.
